We've had a very nice stay in the Kissenslacht room, which was well equipped and comfortable. The hotel staff members were all very nice, breakfast offered a broad variety of standard products, and the services were all perfect. At the end of the stay, we forgot some belongings in the room, and the hotel staff agreed to ship them back. Very nice experience!

Best place to start your tour in Cologne from! The staff are friendly, privacy is respected, prices are a bit high but reasonable. WIFI could be better. We asked for one big blanket for two (a couple) instead of two single blankets, but there was not; this was the only one issue we had during our weekend staying.
