We stayed 6 Days 5 Nights at 22 Summit Apartment in July. We booked the 3 bedroom suite, and the room was so comfort. A bit pity that our unit does not face Zermatt. Others that that everything was perfect. A few comment, not bad comment … Location : Although it was not close the to train station, but still a nice walk from train to the apartment. We actually enjoy the walk. Kitchen : The kitchen equipment just enough but was not perfect. No chopping board, no kitchen towel provided. Washing Machine : Share, and have to pay to use.

Stayed 3 nights at 22summits apartments from sep 30th to oct 2nd. Everything was perfect. Check in was smooth. Receptionist was friendly. Room was spacious. They provided almost everything you can think of in the room. We had a washing machine issue as it stopped suddenly in the middle of a wash. But another receptionist were quick to help us solve the problem and even put in some extra coins for us. Very good hospitality. Will definitely visit and recommend to others. Thanks again!

22 summits has great service, a view of the Matterhorn, and a location that is close to trail heads while not too far from the town center. The hotel driver, who picked us up and dropped us off at the Zermatt train station, was punctual and welcoming. An upgraded apartment with a beautiful view was an added bonus from the hotel too! Thanks for the great experience!

We stayed at the 22 Summit Apartments for a week during high season. The location is very good and super close to the gondola. Pretty big and nice apartments! Why did we only give 3 stars? Unfortunately the service isn’t that great yet. The flat was quite dusty and looked like it hasn’t been used for a while. Also we asked for someone to clean the Windows as they were quite dirty and we couldn’t see the Matterhorn as shown on the pictures. The receptionist kindly told us that they’ll take care of it but we didn’t hear back from them after. Same happened when we wanted to reserve a table for the restaurant but never received an answer... these are smaller things but all added up to our experience. As it was high season we had to rent it with service included... On top of that the breakfast area / buffet didn’t feel corona save at all, so if you’re someone that is extra careful at the moment and wants to feel comfortable, I sadly wouldn’t recommend 22 Summits. There’s a lot of potential to improve, still we would chose a different place next time to experience a better value for the money. All the best!
