Great value for what you get at this hotel. It is clean and updated. Check in was smooth. Internet works great. There’s a restaurant called Coopers on the main floor. My room had a balcony as well. Plenty to do nearby on Elgin, Rideau, or downtown in general. The bathroom is a tad small. We had the regular room, may do a suite next time for more seating. Only feedback would be we need places to hang towels! There is only one towel bar in the shower. No hooks.

The check-in process went smooth and did not encounter any issues. The room we were assigned was remarkably spacious, reminiscent of fully furnished apartments. Notably, the balcony offered a splendid view, adding to the overall allure. Furthermore, the inclusion of two washrooms, which are often uncommon, along with a fully equipped kitchen, contributed to the convenience of our stay. The room itself was immaculate, showcasing the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail. Throughout our visit, the staff displayed a commendable level of helpfulness and friendliness, ensuring a pleasant experience. Moreover, the hotel's location proved to be advantageous, as it was a short walking distance from the bustling downtown area, which boasted numerous attractions and points of interest. However, it is worth mentioning that the only drawback we encountered was the restricted access to the underground parking, with a single entrance and exit. Departing guests would often hope for no incoming traffic, causing minor inconvenience. All things considered, our stay at the hotel was nothing short of fantastic.

Location is great, bachelor room was bigger than expected. Nice kitchenette But the heat was horrendous. It was SO HOT on the 7th floor. In November! Had to leave the balcony door open all night. Turning the thermostat to the coldest setting did nothing. Even the main floor restaurant had to keep their patio door open. It's an old building but could really use an HVAC overhaul
