Nice spacious king room with sofa bed, desk and TV. Updated walk in shower, bathroom area was great. Love the location and friendly staff. Would stay here again. Here for a another 3 days, if anything changes, ill update this review.

We had a really good stay here. We had a few requirements and the hotel were able to achieve them all with no issues. A huge positive comment to the hotel staff member who I think was called Simon, he was so so helpful with everything but especially the day we wanted to go to the museum, we needed a wheelchair accessible taxi and it took 2 hours to arrive and Simon kept calling and checking when it would turn up. He was so friendly and acted like it wasn't a big deal, but it meant a lot all the time and effort he put in to being super helpful and understanding. Thank you!

I recently stayed here for a workshop. My hotel room was very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Each staff member I encountered (except one) was exceptional and went above and beyond to provide hospitality. I found the meeting rooms we used to be a little dated, but still comfortable for the purpose. Food and beverage offerings are limited on the property, but with it's location in Byward Market there is a multitude of offerings around it within a short walk.

Room was ok but really noisy (we were in front of the Sky Lounge, SO NOISY and they're a lot of moron with noisy cars on the street). Also, even if you pay 30$ a day for parking, you might not have a place if you come back later in the evening. This was no a good experience at all! I never experienced this issue in any downtown hotel. Staff was trying to do their best, really!
