The first thing that caught my attention was the unique and creative hotel design. The interior had a quirky theme that perfectly matched the waterfront location. Each room was thoughtfully decorated with an eye for detail, making it a fun and cozy place to stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. Overall nice hotel, you can enjoy the great stuff and overall experience, they could improve breakfast selection comparing the same hotel In Düsseldorf they have a lot of to improve

Beautiful rooms and hotel, service was quite bad for the nightly rate they charge. No laundry service on weekends, but the receptionist didn’t know, I only got my laundry back on the last day of my stay. Wi-Fi did not work in my room. Apple streaming to TV broken, no HDMI cable provided. Sauna was constantly locked by other guests so had to go to reception to get in. All problems reported but only gotten vague excuses.

Well, it's supposed to be modern and trendy, but the service isn't up to scratch. There's a real problem with the insulation on the windows. The neighbourhood is in full swing, so it's not great. Very average breakfast for the price... But that's what Hamburg has become! The small plus: a modern district to discover, with some well-decorated and futuristic underground stations. Rather basic spa facilities... and in winter it's really cold up there... The restaurant is very, very average, but the price is not!

The rooms are nice. Small, but ok for a city hotel. The area is a bit sterile, but a short walk or subway ride to more vital parts of the city. Check in took way too long. One person working at 2.50pm on a Saturday. The other few times we needed anything from reception it was always the same...not enough staff. We waited 10 minutes to validate parking. We did not have breakfast there, as it looked decidedly below average for this type of hotel.
