Perfectly located hotel in Central Hamburg. Yet relatively small, the rooms offer enough room for relaxation and are visually enlarged by floor-to-ceiling windows. The design throughout the hotel might be called a Scandinavian puristic style with aquatic overtones. However, for me, the facade and the inner courtyard had a sober, cold atmosphere. The breakfast offered a large selection of bread, fruit, marmelades, eggs, and sausages. The service was friendly and present when needed.

Lovey Swedish hotel in a great location. Very clean hotel, good size rooms, good breakfast, strange blue light in the elevators. Service team in overall are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again soon. Thank you 🙏

Price/Quality ok. Spacious room with bath (optional). Large modern windows. Good to mention is the ecological emphasis, saying, you inform the counter if your room needs to be cleaned. Surcharge for the sauna was rather a minus. Personnel is well trained. Breakfast top notch. Location is superb, 1.4 km from the center and 3 km from the waterfront. Bikes can be rented. Carry on.

Stayed for 1 night. Good location right at one of the entrances of Gänsemarkt U-Bahn + free bikes for guest use is definitely a great initiative when weather allows (we are in Hamburg, after all😄). Got my room at 10, which was way earlier than expected, considering I have no status and hotel looked quite booked, amazing job of front desk, all process was seamless and took seconds! Room neatly designed, little resemblance with another basic hotel chain, great view from the window — overlooking elegant neo-baroque Laeiszhalle. Breakfast offer was quite broad, with all the standard options. Franzbrötchen included. Things that I found rather not good: nothing extra, meaning there are no slippers, no cream, no conditioner, only soap and shampoo, no cleaning if not proactively inquiring one. Teapot was leaking and drinking tea was rather a challenge. Towels were extremely stiff and water in the shower was quite unpleasantly hot even with adjusting to almost 0 degrees. Summarizing, rather fine for a short stay, but considering the rate per night I would have expected a little more.
