This really was an exceptional place to stay. It is a fantastic location, convenient and beautifully done up. The decor inside is gorgeous and the rooms have a beautiful classic feel to them. Loved the rooftop bar and the breakfast courtyard by the pool. Meredith and Paul were delightful and put an enormous amount of effort into making our stay seamless, easy and memorable. Would highly recommend to anyone including people staying with children.

Our stay was amazing. I cannot say enough nice things about it. From having wonderful recommendations for dinner, to helping out when there was a miscommunication with one of our tours, they did it all! I highly recommend staying here if you are in Victoria Falls!

Where to even begin? This place is like a dream! From the moment we arrived, Paul and Meredith, along with Clara and the rest of the staff (including Lilah the most loveable dog!) made us feel right at home and in the best of hands. Our rooms were so clean and cozy, and the attention to detail was amazing with N’espresso machines, universal outlets, A/C, and more. Breakfast was tasty and beautifully presented, and we enjoyed sipping drinks from the well-stocked and varied bar on the rooftop deck while watching the sunset. There was always someone to see us off and welcome us back from each of our many activities, and they even took it upon themselves to help us with dinner reservations and coordinate transportation with a great taxi service, as well as inspire activities we hadn’t even planned to do but loved. Everything was so smooth and seamless, even down to the day one of us lost our passport! With a few texts and calls, it was back in our hands within the hour, making what should’ve been a very stressful ordeal feel like it hadn’t happened at all. To say they go above and beyond is truly an understatement. We spent 4 nights and 3 full days in Vic Falls and we still wish we could have stayed longer! If you’re headed to Victoria Falls, don’t think twice and book with 528!

My dad and I ended our two week trip to Africa at Hotel 528, and we saved the best for last! This beautiful hotel was thoughtfully decorated by the owner, Meredith, and is run by the family. They have thought through every detail and put guests first. They booked all of our transports, a helicopter tour of the falls, and even recommended a beautiful local shop for us. I cannot thank you all enough! If you are anywhere near this area and want a close place to Victoria Falls, look no further. Fantastic complimentary breakfast, rooftop, and pristine swimming pool. Thank you Meredith, Paul, William, and Lila!

My wife and I travelled from Australia to Zimbabwe and stayed 2 nights at this beautiful presented and appointed guest house. We received a warm welcome from Paul and Meredith and they were fantastic hosts who were extremely helpful to arrange anything we needed including contacts for taxis in the area. We really appreciated the suggestion to have dinner at Dusty Road Township experience. Was well located to Victoria falls and other amenities and breakfast was excellent also. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay and will be coming back next time we are in Zimbabwe.
