The place is prestige. The staff very friendly. The Livingston statue does not reflect the true picture. The transport choice of Driver was very disappointing. We booked out at 10am going to Harare. He only collected us at 12.45.after 2hours 45minutes of waiting. We had to wait for him because we had paid him in advance. I recommend a better taxi service. Above All wonderful place. Will recommend.

my friend had to pay for the room upon arrival, I was then asked to pay for the room upon check out. my friends being at the devils pool and unreachable I said to myself that their payment did not work.. from then on we had to pay twice for the same service and I am still waiting for reimbursement but nothing happens.. we call it theft.

This has been a lovely place to stay for our family holiday. The lodge has been renovated and our rooms were pristine: tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable. We appreciated having different room sizes and beds to accommodate our large and mixed family. Breakfast is simple but with ample quantities and they have plans in motion to expand their meal service. Staff and management are efficient, friendly and incredibly helpful. The WiFi is excellent and allowed for remote work meetings. Staff accommodated anyone who needed to work with space and consideration. The dip pool was a welcome relief after hot days and there was plentiful hot water and fans for those who needed them.

Really nice lodge, spacious well kept rooms with lovely bathrooms. 5min drive from the falls, very quiet and tranquil. Staff very friendly, but owners need to schedule renovations and building for non peak times Very hard to have a relaxing break with drilling and hammering going on. Onsite spa is great, simple but very welcome, was a big hit with the Ladies Wifi was good, just need to find a good spot Staff very accommodating, let us make eggs for dinner when we were stranded with kids, also do laundry. Would definitely recommend it
