Slightly disappointed as a solo traveler booked through a travel agency. The room was quite small with minimal decor, located in a building opposite the reception side. The pool was a positive aspect. However, the hotel is quite distant from both the city center and the waterfall. Pre-booked arrangements are essential for any activities.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The room was nice and clean .I would highly recommend staying here .Thank you Judith and team for the exceptional service.

PROS: rooms were large and clean, property was quiet and very well maintained. great choices of rooms for families or larger parties, complimentary breakfast was very nice, staff was ultra nice and very helpful, AC worked well and kept room very cool CONS: not walkable to town - unless you really like to get your steps, in a residential area with no other restaurants or stores in close proximity (but cabs were easy to get and only $5 to VIC Falls town)
