Good value for money. 15 minutes from the Vatican on foot, fridge and kettle. Good quality equipment. But poorly ventilated basement room, hence smells of humidity and mold in the bathroom. No reception and that's normal, it's not a hotel. It's not easy to find the front door, follow my photos it will be easier.

Treasure hunt on WhatsApp to enter the room, film with the codes and the route to reach the basement. Because yes the rooms are in the basement, you can just see the outside at the top of the windows. The service did not conform to the description, including no large king-size bed, just a 160 cm bed. Sensitive owners when we point this out to them, they suggest that we leave but without reimbursing us. They even told Booking that we had not shown up, which is dishonest. Fortunately I had proof of our presence the first night, but they kept the price of the stay and rebooked immediately. Jackpot on the backs of travelers. To be avoided urgently.

They are scammers! No reception person. Instead, a treasure hunt via WhatsApp. King size bed does not conform to the dimensions of the advertisement. Bedroom in the basement and not on the ground floor as advertised. Window opening onto the view of the rubble located under the courtyard. The Hotelier asked us to leave because we complained to them, and he did not reimburse us for the remaining 5 nights as promised.
