Friendly staff Small rooms. We were told we got an upgrade but the room we got was tiny. Upgrade from a shoebox? Old school keys were a highlight for me Clean Near the river and public transit. Would stay again.

Location is superb. Knew exactly what I was getting for my money before I got there. I'm not sure what people are complaining about. Aircons work, just make sure you press the button called "blow" and the split system works just fine. Towels are changed if you leave them on the floor (like every other hotel in the world). Rooms are small, but functional. Would visit again.

If you check in after 9pm they will charge you around 20 euros in you check in at 11 they will charge you 30 euros. You need to check in online anyways and they will charge you 24 euros on tax just because :( consider it

DISAPPOINTING ACCOM. Would not recommend. Got given a room with an aircon that didn’t blow air. Street very loud once window open. Room next to use was insanely loud at 2am and could hear them clearly. Towels not changed after 4 days there. Bathroom smelt stale and damp with no air or window. Shower head was loose and would fall down often, shower floor would fill up like a bath with very poor drainage. Lift froze at second floor and doors didn’t open, had to go back down to 0 and never used the lift again. Upon notifying reception (a young male) about the aircon blowing hot air, he quoted “hopefully they come and fix it tomorrow”. Went to reception the next day asking about a/c and the young female there said “we’re trying to contact the company” No fan was offered, no room swap was offered no apology and no compensation whatsoever. Day after that sent a message to accom voicing our concerns who proceeded to put the blame on us not notifying reception in person when this was in fact the 3rd occasion. Poor communication, problem solving and overall terrible stay considering the accommodation is far from cheap. We’ve stayed at 10 hotels in 4 weeks across 3 European countries and this was by far the worst (and they have luxury in the name 😂)
