Quaint bed and breakfast that is owned and operated by a lovely couple. Excellent service and quick to respond to any messages I sent. Convenient location for public transportation (metro and bus station is 3 blocks away). Lovely and very filling English breakfast served at 0800, 0830 or 0900, with the option for a continental breakfast if leaving earlier in the morning. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the room along with a fridge and water kettle. En suite bathroom, comfy bed, and clean room. Rooms were tidied up daily. Was able to store luggage before getting into the room and prior to our flight out. Lastly, there was a beautiful roof top garden which was a perfect hangout spot to drink a beer or glass of wine. My sister and I will be staying at this location again when visiting London. Highly recommend.

My husband and I spent 2 nights in London. We were looking to stay somewhere with walking distance from all the attractions and theatres, as we love walking, and 69 The Grove gave us this perfect location. Kanley, the owner, is a beautiful soul. You can feel it as soon as you arrive in the place. He welcomed us with his amazing (and very contagious) smile and offered us a drink straight away, which was very welcomed after our travels!! There also was the smell of fresh clean laundry tickling my nostrils and I loved it. We were then showed to our room across the road, which had an amazing king-size most comfortable bed, an array of complimentary hot drinks. If you'd rather have a cold one, there was a fridge with soft drinks for £1 a bottle. The small bunch of yellow roses was a charming touch too 💜.You have everything you need. Breakfast time was interesting...we met other travellers which was very nice, and it passed the time whilst waiting for our cooked breakfast. The homemade fruit salad was divine and so refreshing to start the morning. You can have as much as you want, as the loveliest and friendliest of staff is always here to help. All in all: go go go and enjoy 🙏💜🙏💜🙏

I enjoyed a 11 night stay in September in a ground floor room with an en-suite. The room was a good size, decorated with large mirrors and windows that opened into the garden. Every morning there were lovely guests at breakfast. Kanley is a wonderful host, he cooks the most amazing breakfasts. My room was sparkling clean everyday, the bed was comfortable with good quality linen.

Excellent service and value from this quaint B&B. Breakfasts were made by Kanley and they were very filling! The rooms were very clean and the rooms were tidied up each day. The location was also convenient for public transportation (near Vauxhall and Oval underground stations). Keep in mind though that the place is quiet old so the walls are a bit thin, but other than that it was great! Would recommend to anyone coming to London.
