        Great place and decent location half way between Bang Tao beach and Boat Avenue. The complementary shuttle service to both areas is AWESOME and is, in our opinion, a must. The road is very busy to walk on with no pavements. Hotel good overall...a few little things probably ensure this is still 4 star than 5 hotel: On arrival we were given only one room key and informed that we will need to pay a penalty if we lost it.... ? Also during check in, having to pay 1000Baht/night security deposit and then having to wait 10 minutes at checkout until housekeeping check the room was not damaged in any way...? All very odd and not very trusting. We are 2 adults + 1 kid what exactly do they think we will do... Housekeeping: only one toilet roll per day (we ran out twice in two days)...shampoo and shower gel not replenished daily or quantity increased to take account of room occupancy. Other than that, daughter loved the pool, we loved the cocktails and the staff really friendly. Food lovely. Onsite restaurant quite expensive ...especially breakfast. Cheaper and better F&B options at the beach or nearby. Would stay again

        Great hotel in a good location. If you are looking at it from a street view it may not appear as something great, but it is a really nice place to be in. Rooms clean and the pool fantastic. Service and people also top. Here i have to mention Ken whose smile made our stay even better. Always helpful and kind.

        I had a lovely 2 night stay at the end of my travels in Thailand. The room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the wide screen TV and comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were able to assist with any queries. Having the shuttle bus to boat avenue and the beach was great. I had room service and ate at the restaurant and enjoyed my meals. The pool was very nice, always clean and plenty of loungers available. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in this area.

        Its clean, staff are helpful and rooms are a decent size. Its just a little out the way for my personal taste. They have a shuttle bus to get you to the beach or shops. It's good value for money but I'd pay more for beachside next time. Room service timings could also be improved

        The hotel looks new from the outside but somehow the rooms are a bit worn out. Everything is extra paid, even extra water which surprised me a lot in a hotel that claims to ha e 4 stars. Rooms are not vwry clean, a lot of dust and hair. We also had some insects problems. The hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere. The good thing is the very helpful and kind staff working there. The pool is also really nice.
