PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! You will seriously regret it as we and every other guest there did. *Things to note: -Different staff every day, and none of them speak English. -They wake you up at 9:30 am for you to check out at 10 am every day during your stay. Check-in again is at 2 pm every day. YOU CAN'T BE IN THE HOTEL EXCEPT FOR THE 10TH FLOOR (COMMON SPACE); therefore, you CAN'T ACCESS THE LOCKERS OR DORMS EVERY DAY FROM 10 am-2 pm -They have one single elevator for the 10 floors of the building, so imagine the time you need to wait every time you need to use it, +5 minutes. -If you go with friends, family, or a couple that are not of the same gender, note that you can't see them during your stay; the place is divided by gender, and you can't go to their area and vice versa; each gender has its own elevator. -They don't have tap water; you need to purchase bottled water from them. -Dorms are on one floor, showers on another floor, bathrooms on another floor, only 1 very small common space on the 10th floor, therefore, is very crowded, and reception on the 1st floor. -They don't have extra blankets, even if you are willing to pay for them. -You can't be on the 1st floor where there is a cafe unless you buy a 33,000 yen coffee. -Beds and especially pillows are very uncomfortable. -The dorms are very stuffy and brightly lit at night. -The place was dirty every day of our stay. -They don't know how to enforce rules for guests; there were people talking on the phone at 1 am, they had loud alarms in the morning, and the staff does nothing. -One staff member did everything in her power to prevent me from asking the coffee shop for a tiny glass of water needed for my tea, even though I had previously bought a coffee for 33,000 yen. It's very inhuman to prevent someone from asking for something, especially water, which is free in Japan. Plus, she explained that they are different businesses, so why does she care what I ask another business? It was a nightmare for my partner, the people I met there, and me to stay at this hotel. We should have read the reviews about this place that clearly describe all the horrible things you experience when staying at your hostel.

Had trouble sleeping as it was the weekend, so lots of people coming in, even late at night past 1am. I think your entire experience comes down to how crowded it is when you stay and how considerate people are. The capsules themselves were fine but yes it can get a bit stuffy and warm. Unfortunately I really disliked my pillow. The beads inside it were completely uneven. The bathrooms were really clean and I enjoyed the available amenities. Every day, you have to check out by 10am even if you're staying longer than one night. You can leave your things in your locker but must clear out your capsule so they can clean it. The rooftop lounge is a bit small I think, not as spacious as the photos suggest. Overall I enjoyed my stay and really like the design of the place and how everything is thought out. The drawbacks of this place come with any other capsule hotel I think and for around 4500 yen a night on a weekend as a solo traveler I can't complain.

The staff is great, the facilities are clean and confortable. The pillow is a bit hard, but the bed is confortable. There is a really nice cafe downstairs which sells brazilian coffee and other kind of beans, really fancy and tasty! It is a great stay for who is going to pass only a few days. The lockers are located in a tiny place and it is a little bit unconfortable if you have large luggage, since lots of people keep opening their bags in the corridor. There are only a few shower cabins, but they are clean and have all the amenities needed.
