All staff are polite and mindful. Breakfast has a variety of menus. The room is so clean. The cleaner staff always put the new pajamas on the bed everyday. I recommend this hotel.😍

We booked a non-smoking room however they gave us a smoking room and when we discussed it with the hotel staff, they said no non-smoking rooms were available and blamed the booking company. The number one thing we look for when booking a hotel is non-smoking rooms so we of cause were disappointed.

We booked this hotel because it offered parking and free wifi. When we arrived, we were told that our very normally-sized car was too big for their parking garage. We were given no alternatives, so we had to pay for overnight parking in a different parking lot - this ended up costing us as much as the hotel room itself. For wifi, we were given an old-fashioned router that did not work. We were offered no compensation for either of these major issues. I have never been so disappointed by a hotel stay.
