The room is clean, and the location is excellent, as it's near the Vatican Museum. However, breakfast was a bit of a hassle, as we had to go to nearby coffee shops and sometimes faced difficulties with the owners. One even refused to talk to the hotel owner on the phone, and we left without breakfast on the last day. If you book breakfast at the hotel, be aware that you'll receive just one croissant and a coffee for 3 Euros in total. The elevator is quite old and small, making it a bit challenging to navigate. Mr. Fabrizio, the owner, is exceptionally kind, but I would kindly recommend him to focus on providing excellent service to earn positive reviews rather than asking guests to leave 5 Stars feedback on booking sites.

They were very kind to us. They offered to come to the airport for us for some extra money. It was very comfortable. everything was clean. we especially enjoyed the small terrace , we could sit outside every night. the occupants of the rooms next door were also very attentive to the others. the house in which the apartment is located is very nice and clean. at the bottom is a super seafood restaurant. the breakfast super day starter was delicious and kind staff. I absolutely recommend Everything was very good.

Awesome!! The rooms are nice, comfortable and very clean. The location is perfect to start by Vatican area and well conected by bus or underground to the rest of the city. The owners are lovely and helpful! Typical Roman breakfast is served in a cosy café just round the corner. We will be back for sure!

We loved everything about this place! We stayed here for four nights while in Rome. It is one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Location is good. It is just 5 minutes to the Vatican museum entrance and another 5 minutes to the metro station. There are also many good food options around the area and the supermarket is just downstairs of the accommodation. We also felt very safe walking around the neighbourhood even at night. Antonio and his wonderful family run this place and we truly felt very welcomed here. They are very friendly and very hardworking. The rooms are new, comfortable, modern and well designed. Each time we return back to the room after a long day in rome, the room was very clean and made up perfectly with restocked toiletries, fresh towels, coffee, tea, snacks and complementary water and fruit juice in the fridge. We also enjoyed sitting at the balcony area watching the sunset and cool evening breeze. Breakfast was at a cafe nearby the apartment. It consisted of a coffee and a pastry, simple yet delicious. The price for the apartment is also very reasonable and worth it. Good rooms, service, location and price! We enjoyed this place very much and would highly recommend it.
