They upgraded me to a suite. How can i not rate them 5*? 😜 Location is near Piazza Navona, where sites such as Castel Sant Angelo and Fontana de Trevi are still within walking distance. There is no metro nearby which means you need to take the unreliable Rome buses. The suite was spacious and modern and has a living room area with a couch that can sleep another person. All the staff were friendly and helpful, including the ladies in the breakfast area next door. They also have a spa that offers massages and facial treatments which we did not get to try unfortunately. Several restaurants and bars outside the hotel and in the Navona area. We found pleasure coming home to our hotel room after every tiring day touristing.

Mediocre accommodations. We stayed on two different occasions. The mattresses are like bricks. Super hard and very uncomfortable. One of the duvet covers had multiple stains on it. Not happy about that. They do offer a great breakfast next door.

Visited with my 3 Sons, two in their twenties and the other sixteen, along with the older boys girlfriends. What a gem of a hotel. Superb location for all the sights. We have walked miles during our 4 night stay here. Rooms are clean and big. We were lucky enough to have a large patio area which we used each night as a family. We stayed Bed and Breakfast. The guys in the restaurant next door are super friendly and the continental breakfast set us up for our long days of sightseeing. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Only downside,and it is a very small issue, is it can be very noisy on a weekend at night. The shutters do keep out a lot of the noise but I brought ear plugs after reading previous reviews. You are surrounded by a huge choice of bars and restaurants. We wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

The hotel was great. We arrived slightly early before check in and the room was made ready for us despite us saying we would be happy to wait. Very clean and really friendly staff. Placed in an ideal area of Rome to walk to the main tourist attractions. Loads of great restaurants, bars and icecream parlours nearby. McDonalds and Starbucks are not too far away either it you don't take to the local food and coffee. Slightly disappointed by one of the pictures shown by Google,it shows a terrace area for breakfast that is only for one room.
