I will give credit where its due - the location is very central, the stuff friendly and attentive and the bathroom was big enough to be comfortable (not a given in Italy). Also, no issues with the noise. What I didn't like was the room size, which was much smaller (like really tiny) than I expected by looking at the photos. The warm blankets felt extremely cheap and synthetic. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to someone looking for just a place to sleep and leave your luggage. If you plan to spend some time resting in your room, I would provably look somewhere else

I give all the stars for room service: the room was always well cleaned and stocked. In fact I've stayed here before and I liked it back then and as a good customer I thanked them by coming back, only to be charged extra for my child, even though price for 1 child and 1 child and 1 adult was the same on the site I booked. I showed the screenshots to the hotels and their response was "this is impossible, we need to check", and never heard from them again. Whether it was a mistake from their side, they should have honored it. I'm going to Rome again in November, this time with both kids and I think this time I will find another hotel.

STRANGE PLACE with ignorance of the guests. Dirty rooms, dust everywhere, pillows with marks of liquid left after other guests. Disgusting. Rooms cleaning by a man, which was very uncomfortable for me as a woman, especially when I found my lingerie moved. Very disgraceful. Not recommend at all. Positive: Only location. Best you can choose. I have impression that this is the reason why owners are not improving standard of service and rooms - location made them to be sure of clients coming.
