This is a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The location is very quiet, and 2 min walking distance to the north side of the canal. The dorm and the toilet are very clean! There are a little coffee time in the morning for free. The location is quite good. There are a night food market near. Also, there is a local shopping mall near.

For less than 7,000 won per day, the accommodation is very clean and the owner is very friendly. Despite the late check-in, they gave us a ride on a motorcycle and helped us explore the surrounding area. You are so kind. If I were given enough time, I would like to sit down. ㅠㅠ I love it so much. Highly recommended if you want to live for a month

As soon as we arrived, the owner tried to rent us some motorcycles for more than he should because I think it was because he saw us looking like tourists. A lot of rules in the accommodation and the owner criticizes everything. The air conditioning has schedules. He charged us 100 baht (the night cost us 150 per person) because the sheets were dirty when we left (which is taken for granted after using them😃). In my opinion it is not worth it at all and he is going to try to get money from where he can, with the amount of accommodation there is in Chiang Mai, I recommend that you find another one and enjoy Thailand!
