Good hostel, good location and reasonable price but bad experience ever with a guest. I stayed there for 2 nights and my bad experience was the second night a Thai guy got drunk and he almost took a bottle of beer to the room but luckily a staff who was in night saw and told him that not allowed to drank in the room (I was sleeping on my bed so I heard everything later that he come back around midnight, he started doing weird thing with snoring and screaming loud in every 10 or 15 minutes (that's really terrified me) until a foreigner guy woke him up and asked him if he was ok or need something but the Thai guy responded him back like nothing happened and he's ok afterwards he's still snoring and screaming like that whole night.😨 In the morning the foreigner guy and I went down to the counter to let staff know what's going on with us and better to change a room for a foreigner guy. I know that you couldn't choose a guest who you will stay with I but at least if you are a solo travel woman same as me, please ask the hotel to make sure there is at least one woman in that room.

Good service by the hostel. It is located in the most expensive and luxurious area in the whole city. However, I expected the hostel dorm to be more lively but I had hardly one roommate in six days. Also, I stayed for 6 days and I wish they would have let me stay for few more hours for free as my flight was in the evening and I had to roam around after checking out.

This hostel shouldn’t be accepting guests at the moment. There is an incredibly loud renovation going on right next to the hostel starting at 08:30. if you are planning to sit in the garden and work like i was planning to do, don’t consider this place until renovation finishes. It is terribly loud! And you only learn about this when you reach there. A terrible attitude by the owner to keep the business going right now. Another thing was with my room. On the hostelworld they don’t show a bedroom without a window. I booked it and when i arrived i realized that i am staying in a cell. As they told me, there were no other available private room so i had to stay there for 3 nights. A terrible experience except the kind staff members. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 1 star.

Don’t go if you’re traveling solo. Very disappointing. The place was totally dead for the three nights I spent there, even the staff were aloof, when present at all. It was mostly clean, so better than one star, but absent of everything else you want in a hostel. The bathroom smelled absolutely foul. The private room felt like a jail cell- small, austere white walls, and no windows. At one point they were doing some work on the ceiling in front of my room so access to my room was blocked by a ladder and a bunch of drywall debris everywhere. Altogether a sort of surreal experience. Wish I stayed elsewhere.
