Very good for this price. Yes the rooms may be older and not perfect but the location is great. Have 7-11. Mini mart. Food of all sorts. Nearby mall. Money changer. Road side stall cheap eat. Breakfast is almost the same everyday but they serve bacon which is quite good for me. Not for those who expect brand new rooms.

Large clean rooms with great aircon. Older hotel with decent facilities and excellent location. Parking station is free for guests. Only complaint is it’s VERY loud at night.

The location is so perfect because it has lotus, 7 eleven and mcdonald within 1-2mins walking distance. Also a few mins walk to Maya mall and Nimman's famous eatery. Room is old but gold, spacious and clean. Only problem is the aircraft sound and traffic sound, have a hard time to fall asleep.

Hotel is in a great location in Nimman, and offers everything you need for a great stay in Chiang Mai. The parking guard is wonderful and always helps stop the traffic for you to get out easily. Only downside is that their website offers elephant rides and this should no longer be something promoted and is a huge let down for the hotel. Please update your website and remove that. We should admire elephants and not ride them.
