It's so clean! Lovely rooms and management. Location is also really great with proximity to the train station and monuments. They also offer special deals for tours.

This boutique hotel is situated in the best location for visitors to Rome. It is right beside the Barberini Gallery, and I was able to walk to the trevi fountain, the Spanish steps, the Roman forum, the Jewish district and more. Bruno was always available on site to help and quickly resolved the only issue that we had during the stay when our key card stopped working.

Wonderful place and great location, run by friendly people. I called signora Lucrezia In the afternoon, for arrival in a few hours. She was very accommodating and made sure that we had clear instructions for check in and for parking (for an extra reasonable charge, parking on site in closed garage!). The place is beautiful! An old (I think 1700s) elegant building that Lucrezia decorated with style and attention to history. It was so relaxing to come back after a long day of sightseeing in this beautiful and quiet place! Ms Lucrezia told me that they have a “reset room“, with salt tiles on the wall and special lamps to rest. Unfortunately we did not get to see that. The location is great, walking distance to everywhere (including colosseum and Saint Peters square), we saw everything without ever needling transportation, and left our car in the safe garage. The room was so quiet!!!! Not only we could not hear the street noise ( windows were in an internal court), but the air conditioning was sooooo quiet (and very effective)! Breakfast was minimal and self serve, but frankly we wanted to go out and get breakfast at one of many Roman bars or bakeries. Anyway, you can make yourself a coffee or cappuccino for sure, at any time of the day. In the morning Mr Bruni was there to greet us and help us out with breakfast. In summary, extremely friendly and accommodating personnel, great location, beautiful and quiet room, garage on site. Will definitely go back when in Rome!

Beautiful B&B located in the heart of Rome! It is run by very friendly and available people. They provide very clean and newly furnished rooms. Very quiet, comfortale, and cozy. it is 10 minutes by walking from Termini train staition, an amazing icecream shop and many other beautiful places in Rome such as Piazza di Spagna and Fontana di Trevi. Strongly suggested!

Our room wasn't ready on arrival, and the wifi was horrible. We tend to use wifi to plan the day or week ahead while travelling and in the room or reception the signal was so bad it was unusable. It only worked in the stairwell. The room was of good quality and the lady at the desk after being rude to begin with was actually really helpful in giving us itinerary ideas around Rome. If the organisation and first impressions were improved this place would be a gem.
