The rooms are not so great. Breakfast was OK, although mostly it's cold. The rooms are noisy.

The Bed was nice and comfortable and the room wuite big. It has everything you need including anwater boiler bit thats where the bad points start. The boiler was still fillied with water and teabags. On top there was some mold swimming. This was clearly not cleaned in a wile. The toilet had seal that said „cleaed for you“ but underneeth the seat it was still dirty in the kind of way that someone didn’t sit down during business and noone cared to whipe off the remainings. WiFi was barely functional. It was so unstable I couldnt even book a mobile option on my phone. One of the towels had obvious stains on it. When I asked the guy at the reception for something he explained to me earlier, whoch I didn’t understand because of his very strong accent, he acted like I was stupid. The other personell was friedly though. Breakfast was okay. The scrumbled eggs were still partly fluid. Not shure if that is safe. There is no huge choice of food but its quite okay. Overall no recommendation but it is not the worst I have seen. You can stay a few nights there but I wouldnt reccomend any longer especially if you want to have some carefree vacation.

I stayed at this hotel 2 times in recent 3 months. The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Had to change 3 rooms due to unbearable conditions. Broken floor underneath the carpet which was a tripping hazard. Then the second room next to electrical panel with constant noise you can’t even stay never mind sleep. The third room was not any better: clogged shower base, ceiling leaking, broken handles. To top it up the charge per night rate agreed in advance not granted, very unprofessional and greedy for what they offer. I am really surprised how they still get clients. Rude and arrogant staff, filthy rooms, very dark, very uncomfortable and not enough space to move around, disgusting bathrooms with leaking ceiling and broken parts, cleaner that enters your room even with a door signage “do not disturb”. Above all 40% more expensive than other next door hotels. Avoid this place at all cost!! The lobby smell you can’t stand. If there was an option for -5 star that’s what they deserve.

The most worst hotel that i have ever known, they are disrespectful, we have money to collect back from them untill now we couldn't take it back, the matter reached to the hotel manager in Ataşehir branch but unfortunately nothing happened... you can not trust in what they are saying every body is giving wrong information what a shame we went There many times the responsible hidding from us ..
