The service and staff where excellent, marvelous and respectful. I really injoyed staying here, the rooms are great but the bathroom is small for me ( I'm 6'2") but the breakfast room is A++++ staffA+++++ amir was very nice and helpful.

First of all, I have to say: hotel staff are extremely hospitable, friendly and polite people, this is how they treat their guests with respect and a smile. The rooms are nice for their price. Street noise is not a big problem if you come for the holidays and come to the room late at night. The employees were kind and caring. It is at a central point in Kadıköy, less than 2 minutes' walking distance from both the airport bus stops and the ferry piers. It is also a very good service to have hot tea service at the reception floor. I love it.

Room was gross, strong smell of cigarettes. I think the ventilation pulls smoke into the room, plus people smoke in the room, there is an ash tray. Service was bad, the host forgot to give me pillow covers, i had to use a towl to cover the yellow stained pillows. Rooms are gross. Location is pretty good, area is nice. Hotel itself is cheap, but for 480lira it was good enough. Toilet and shower work. The room i had was very noisy with rain falling on metal near the window, but i always travel with ear plugs. I wouldn't recommend it. Try a better smelling room, the stench was too much for me.

Would like to say huge thank you to Dr and his professional team who made me feel confident and because of the professional way everything was done. they were very caring and they work with heart. They explained everything clearly and step by step which made me feel comfortable and everything I needed was provided to me. Definitely would recommend ClinMedica to anyone who wants to have hair transplant done
