room is not new, door is broken for my room and window cannot be opened, thus making my room very dark. overall bed is comfortable, toilet is ok as well with a bath tub. Service is nice as staff is friendly. hotel is near a cafe

Everything is good( room, cleaning, staff, and cute security). However, the man's reception made me feel upset and disappointed by the way he talked to me.
