For the price of 15E for room for 3 person's great value. Well equipped rooms, quiet street. I have paid by another hotel 40E per night and the experience was the same.

A small hotel ticket away in a quiet street. Despite the quiet thought the bed is the hardest I’ve stayed at in my few months through south east Asia. The bathroom is cramped and only suitable for one person at a time. For the price it does the job, for the overnight stay before heading out of Hanoi.

This is the first time I gave 1-star comment for a place. But it's really an awful experience staying here. I checked in with one price and then at the middle of the day they called me and said I rather pay more or have to check out. I paid even they didn't apologize for their mistake. Then they called me again to apologize ( the staff that gave me the wrong price). They said that was their mistake and their manager will take care of it. But when I checked out I had no return. They are 2 stars hotel but their price is prohibitively expensive compares with other 3-star hotels. Will never stay here again and not recommend for anyone unless you want to be irritated. Terrible service!

Very small room (I've stayed in A25 many times, both in HCMC and Hanoi, but this is the worst), not so clean. No elevator. The lock is old and broken. The toilet was broke too. Luckily I told them and they fixed it. The worst thing is the receptionist, manager the guard fighting together, shouting too loud and scary. The room is terrible at the soundproof system so I was affected by the noise very much
