My family and my friends never never go back there-A25 Hotel-Hàng Bún. Because many Worst points: 1-The receptionist does not speak English. 2- Their staff impolite with Vietnamese guests. 3-Towels are not clean washed. Towels should only be dried and sprayed with aromatic water, then folded as if they were washed. That's disgusting!!! 4- Bathrooms do not have warm water for morning bathers. Guests told them and the manager has no apologies and no solution. 5- The elevator was broken, Guests must climb the small stairs up. 6- It is not convenient for your family, if there are elderly people, or disabled people who cannot walk and have to use a wheelchair. Not convenient for guests' family, if you have children. And more bad points…. We were unhappy there, by A25-Hàng Bún- Ba Đình-Hà Nội.

Not flexible. I was charged 130,000 for late check out at 12:45pm. Paid for VIP Room 750,000 per night. No basic amenities such as complimentary water and coffee.
