Location: Our choice of accommodation was influenced by its strategic position on Ocean Boulevard, situated at the far end. It's merely a 2-minute walk from the beach. Room: We were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and modernity, as the hotel was currently undergoing renovations, and this particular room had already been updated. Service: The individuals at the front desk always were polite and friendly. Overall customer service was great. No complaints here at all. Facilities: Unfortunately, the swimming pool was temporarily closed due to ongoing refurbishments. Additionally, the breakfast area is relatively small, with a limited variety of food selections, lacking in luxury amenities. Probably the only negative about the hotel. Overall: If your preference leans towards a luxurious 5-star resort experience, this may not be the ideal establishment for you. Nevertheless, the unbeatable location and the value for money provided make it a place definitely worth considering.

My wife and I went to this hotel on our honeymoon and we loved it. It inspired us to stay another day. The staff was absolutely amazing and on point with everything. We actually created a relationship with the manager Mr. William and he was someone we will never forget. If you want a beautiful experience right across from the beach with everything nearby, this is the hotel you want. This is a 5 star hotel.

I really enjoyed my birthday trip here. Staff was very friendly and Accommodating during our stay. Room was nice and clean. The construction noise didn't bother us plus the renovations look great! I highly recommend.

Beware of this hotel! It's just ok. Location was the only plus. Understaffed and not like the pictures at all. Homeless are allowed in the lobby with no security. No key card to go up the elevator so anyone can just walk in. No champagne upon arrival as stated. Beach towels were so small and looked like they were made for children. Pool was very small and did not look at all like the pictures. Room was ok, had beds. We paid for a 2 bedrooms suite with balcony and were only able to access the balcony from one room because the other door was bolted shut...? Had to continuously ask for bath towels because the room only included 2 when we had a total of 5 people. When we called to request more, we were told to go down to the front desk. We were then handed 3 face towels and 2 bath towels. Ac barely worked. Freezing in the kitchen and living room, barley air in the actual bedrooms. Giant stain on our pull out queen bed. More like futon.... no extra blankets or pillows. Never again.

Didn't get to experience the pool but we had an amazing stay for our honeymoon. Perfect location and great views! The staff, especially Eric, went above and beyond for us!! Room was clean and well kept. We also got a perfect nights sleep with their comfy bed and pillows. We were so tired the outside night life didn't even bother us. 10/10 recommend and we will definitely stay again
