Location ideal for attending Ahletico Bilbao football matches but we'd have preferred being nearer to the restaurant and shopping area and the art galleries. However the hotel and its staff were first class.

Very good breakfast, with many options for everyone (fruits, yogurt, cheeses, ham, breads, many different types of milk even without lactose, churros, natural orange juice, good coffee, scrambled eggs, sausages and more). The location is good. The restaurant is good. Rooms could be a bit improved (our room had a bit of bad smell, the bottle of water they gave us was open and half full, there wasn't hair conditioner).

Stayed here for 3 nights on the last leg our trip in Spain. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bar behind the hotel gave a great view of the city, and was a great place to watch the sunset.
