I spent a few days solo at this hotel and I only have great things to say about it.. The staffs are cordial, helpful and friendly. They assisted me by doing phone calls to help me with my luggage who stayed behind in Milan.. Great location, I walked everywhere and the tram and buses are right across the street.. The room was spacious, clean and I love having nice windows. The bed was comfy and the pillows were fabulous.. I opted to have breakfast at the hotel and I was pleased with the selection I could choose from.. Seating close to the windows in the eating room I was able to see the activities outside while eating delicious foods.. I highly recommend this hotel and I am confident you will love it as well.. Thank you for making my stay with you a lovely experience..

Perfect stay. Room was clean, location was perfect, just a few steps from the metro station, close to oldtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. Add breakfast to your stay, worth the price difference.

lovely staff on reception. Good size rooms, with safe, fridge, decent bathroom with bath and overhead shower. very clean through out hotel, and best location. would stay again.

Great location if you want to see the old town. Rooms were nice but the linen were dirty the new ones we got after asking for them had dirty spots on them as well. Was not pleased about that. Everything else was nice though. Also i do not recommend to book this hotel around "aste nagusia". This is an all week festival right in front of the hotel and it is incredibly loud throughout the whole night up until 7am. We were not able to sleep much sadly but thats obv not the hotels fault.

Wonderful location just in front of the theatre in the old historical area. Though right in the city centre, very good quite rooms, wide windows overlooking the park and the centre. Wide room size - we booked a triple for adults. Great buffet breakfast ! Great staff ! We will suggest to our friends and we will book it again in case of another holiday stay in this beautiful city !
