The property is conveniently located, in the middle of major sights and train/bus stations. The building is still fairly new, some small repairs can be done to keep it "minty" e.g. the door to the rooftop bar screeches when opening/closing. The staff were professional/prompt, our check in/check out experience was smooth. They gave us a free upgrade, so we had the pleasure of staying in one of the well-appointed superior rooms, with a spa-like bathroom. The breakfast is a standout, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty breads, cereals, fruits, meats and cheeses (a great intro to the regional offerings). The rooftop bar is also great, with stunning views of the old town and hillside. Unfortunately we came on the weekend and as we didn't pre-book, didn't get an opportunity to try the restaurant. 10/10 would stay again and recommend to friends/family.

We stayed there for six nights in one of the suites. Perfect value for the money. Very beautiful hotel, clean and well maintained, gym sufficiantly equipped for daily work outs. And: very very professional handling of complaints, customer orientated.

I have stayed with my best friend in Bilbao in this wonderful hotel. It’s all new and in perfect shape. The team is really nice and doing a marvelous job. They are so friendly and asked me all the time if I’m fine and happy with everything. They supported me with the luggage and planning the days in Bilbao. The hotel is located direct in the city center that you can visit the whole city by foot. The parking is just 4 minutes away from the hotel and you get 10% discount for the daily rate of the parking. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable, the air condition works perfect and we had a nice balcony for getting some fresh air. The bathroom is all spacious and has a shower and big bathtub. Honestly I cannot understand the bad recommendations to this hotel, because they are doing a good job and everything is in perfect conditions. Also you have nice rooftop bar and restaurants where you can order some fancy drinks and food. For the spa I recommend to make a reservation so you can use it 1h just for you with an additional cost of 20€. I fully recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 1 night in November. A spectacular setting, very new and sleek, tastefully designed and decorated for Christmas already. Very warm welcome during check in. Got a generous upgrade to the suite, which was enormous and had everything one might need, comfortable bed that makes you feel well-rested after a long day. Good location, with a walking distance to all the main places of interest, let it be Guggenheim or just a shopping street with El Corte Igles. Nice terrace where you can get drinks with a view of weather allows. Only 1 minor hiccup I can note : breakfast had a smaller variety than expected (although all the local staples like jamon were there), and we didn’t get much communication from the staff on the a lá carte order (again delicious eggs Benedict were ordered after a bit of a confusion), also took time to figure out that we do our own coffee and teas. But overall, this property I can only recommend for a stay in Bilbao.
