Just finished a stay there from Thursday night to Sunday. Clean modern hotel when you enter. Seems fine. But then upon entering the room, the lack of decent light jumps out at you. There is no overhead or wall light. The room was so dark I couldn't even make-out the items in my suitcase to put them away.
Tons of small lights in useless places, such as under benches. Like ambient uplighting for a bar mitzvah. it's all about ambience. Very odd.
Staff came to open up the sofa bed, but there were no pillows. It was late and we just wanted to go to sleep so I gave my son one of mine from the bed.
Tried to iron clothes in the bathroom because it was the only place I could see, but the iron didn't work. At least I thought. I tried 2 outlets. Finally I thought let me try one more outlet in the room near the bed, and the iron worked in that one, but of course it was impossible to see what I was doing because the room was so dark.
The last night, the toilet became stuffed up. For 30+ years I have stayed in hotels and never stuffed up a toilet, until now.
Staff tried to fix things as best they could when I responded to a text survey, (sent up a small lamp) but these things don't seem to be issues that can be fixed with better service.
Disappointed.

Nice, large, clean rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Great bartender. What more could ask for? Fitness center was basic but good and clean. Valet parking is pricey but it's not much more than everywhere else and it is QUICK. A very nice stay.

No pool so it was nice to have a more adult- like hotel. Quiet. The rooms were nice. Didn't care for listening to the stomping from upstairs guest or the pillows, but overall nice stay. Bartenders were friendly & helped with restaurant suggestions.
