Their General Manager Mr. Keith Kitson warmly friendly welcomed me at parking lot. I incidentally got lost as my flight had just landed from Virginia. So when I called hotel, luckily was picked up by its GM who immediately stepped out to direct me to the assigned parking lot so my vehicle won't get towed. The breakfast was good with olits peaceful ambience. The lady who prepared did not even want to receive my tips. She humbly said in Spanish language that "she was just doing her job and her company already paid for it". But I left her my tips on the table anuway when I left. The only 1 reason I gave 4 stars for rhe location was because there was no clear visible sign directing you to BOSTON HOTEL Parking lot. So I almost parked at the condo near by hotel. Maybe they should reconsider it.

Room - heat, tv good, bed okay. Bathroom smelled of mold but no visible mold. No housekeeping service during your stay unless you specifically request it ( like more coffee pods as two were not going to be enough for a four day stay.) Was told that they are remodeling and updating rooms, so .at be much better in the future? Breakfast was poor quality.

I have stayed with my friends. Just a few minutes from Green Line B, Washington St. Great coffee, one of the best in the city. Delicious pancakes and waffles for breakfast. It's a tranquil place. Clean room and cozy bed.
