My friend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the AC Hotel by Marriott in Valencia, and it was a solid experience from start to finish. The hotel's cleanliness and tranquility were immediately noticeable, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were not only professional but also genuinely friendly, making our check-in and overall stay a seamless process. The location, adjacent to a local mall, is undoubtedly a plus. It's convenient for any last-minute needs or a bit of shopping therapy. The proximity to the mall adds a practical touch to the overall stay, providing easy access to amenities and entertainment options. While the hotel's surroundings are convenient, it's worth noting that the dining options in the immediate vicinity are a bit limited. There are some restaurants available, but if you're looking for a variety of choices, you might need to venture a bit further.

Unfortunately, the experience started horribly with the check-in process. But our stay improved with the staff helping us with anything we needed and the managers close attention to our initial experience. The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of food options on the same block. A bar and outdoor area if one needs to stay in.

Perfect location between sea and city. Next to the Oceanografic. Best use of Platinum Elite status so far. They upgraded my room, gave me free breakfast and parking. Thanks a lot :)

Pros: They allowed me to checked in earlier than the check in time, that was nice. USB charging next to bed. Mini fridge has some stuff inside . Cons: The room service menu says “ 24/7” buts it’s a lie i called at 10pm for a burger and fries and they said only cold foods at this time . Plus I guess when they cleaned up the room they got rid of the room service menu all together because it wasn’t there night 3/4 . No uber eats delivered to your room, you have to come downstairs to get it. I felt like I was too far from the pretties part of the city . 45min walk. Was on the 8th floor and if you open the windows at any time it’s incredible loud because there’s a high traffic route in front of the hotel. It’s nice you can at least open the windows for fresh air tho. Bathroom design is ugly . I wouldn’t have guess this is a 4 star hotel, it felt more like a high end motel . Bed it self , cheap feeling sheets and not super comfy bed.

The rooms are nicely appointed, but a little small (250 sq ft). The service is fantastic. The staff accommodating and friendly. There are several restaurants and shopping all around the hotel which is also in walking distance to the aquarium. The No. 19 bus stop just outside the hotel is an easy trip to the historic district. The same bus in the opposite distance transports you to the beach.
