The service is good. The breakfast is good... Not too big but it has everything that one may want for breakfast. I am giving them 3 stars because the bathroom smells awful. I believe they have some sort of plumbing problem that they should have looked into ASAP.

Hotel in central position. Rooms are clean and people kind. In mine there wasn't a frigo, but the view was good. Food was good and well served. Positive feedback.

We stayed in this hotel 4 nights at the end of september 2023 with half board. Location of the hotel is great. The hotel is on a half way to the beach Mallvarosa and to City centre, but it is surounded by busy streets with many cars so if you get the room situated on this side, maybe it will be too noisy for you. Rooms are good, beds are comfortable, but some things such as small table lamp near to our bed or hair dryer not working in our rooms and also we felt some strange smell in the room and corridors all the time when we were there, it was like smell of the sewerage. I was disappointed with a breakfast and dinners. We had a half board. I don't recommend to take half board or breakfast. Breakfast: Poor choice of food and every day the same food. Especially strange taste of scrambled eggs, it was awful. If you want, you choose something for breakfast, you choose if you are hungry, but for example maybe some vegetable it would be great to add in breakfast. Dinners: We had menu consist of 3 meals (starter, main course and dezert) but the food was not very good and tasty and many times it was not warm. So for me the food is biggest disadvantage of this hotel. Staff were very kind, helpfull and nice but the food was diasaster.

Bad luck or bad hotel, that’s the question. And to be honest, I’m still not sure. My experience is close to saying that it’s not a really good hotel, but it could be just bad luck. Let me start by saying that the front desk crew, the housekeeping, the maintenance guy and the lady working in the restaurant where I had my daily breakfast are super nice and helpful. This hotel has a really nice crew. Unfortunately my room was a bit of a disappointment. First of all I was given the room for disabled guests. Yes, it’s bigger, but it wasn’t the style and vibe I expected when I booked it. And the bathroom was huge and when I showered the water went everywhere. So I tried to dry it with one of the extra towels I had. I traveled alone, so I had a towel or 2 left. When I wiped my towel over the floor I immediately saw some long hairs. Definitely not mine. I stayed in this room for 3 nights. After the 3rd night I kindly requested another room after a having experienced anything but comfort in this room: power failure, cards didn’t work, heaters were on and couldn’t be turned off and even a cockroach on my bed. Night 4 and 5 I stayed in another room. Besides no electricity the morning of my checkout and no way to turn off the heaters, those last 2 nights were good. Would I come here again? Most probably not. But is it a bad hotel? I hope it was just bad luck.
