Location of the hotel is very good. You can get buses from here frequently. There are couple of good kebab place nearby. Room was small but good. Service could have been better. Also giving 2 stars for the service because the cleaning lady tried to keep our jacket while we were changing rooms.

Cheap hotel with small rooms and private bathrooms. But also amazing service! I stayed in room 28, a room for three people, with my twin 4yo's. It was small but the beds were good, there were outlets next to the queen bed on both sides and a tv to keep the kids' mind off of playing while in bed early with the window stil open. Loved the view from the room too, the very classic Parisian rooftops and buildings around the small courtyard gave it a very authentic feeling. It was clean and we had everything we needed. We arrived drenched due to the heavy rainfall in the 16th and got three large towels and a blow-dryer, the staff is really amazing! Breakfast is also basic but good. Location is brilliant, many options nearby and close to Voltaire for local shopping. I will definitely stay here again due to the low price, good location and amazing staff!

Just One night in Paris. Just for the sleep and it’s among my range price for IBIS but not possible in Paris especially in this lovely residential neighborhood. Luckily the bed was comfy and the bedding was clean. And the Monday night was quiet though my window was on the inner side to see other buildings behind. The VERY USED towel says it all about this hotel. And l checked the next morning the cleaning lady’s still preparing the same towels. Only the flat screen tv was the recent stuff. The internet wasn’t stable since l stayed on the top floor. 5€ city tax. The breakfast 7-10 am wasn’t my option since l could find local patisserie around the corner though.

Overall I had a good experience. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day and I had a private balcony with a view of the street below. It was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best to speak English with me. The 24hr help desk was a big plus. The downside was that there was only one plug that was very high on the wall and far from the bed and desk. The internet speed was a little slow and cut out occasionally but the staff fixed the problem very quickly. The hotel offered a breakfast everyday but I didn't partake. It looked like a traditional French breakfast. You can hear people walking up and down the stairs and some slight noise occasionally but overall wasn't a nuisance. There was a great gay bar directly below that was a plus for me. Friendly staff with good music. I would stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Acacia Hotel - the room was clean, spacious, and came with a window that I could keep open for ventilation. Bathroom was spotless and came with complimentary toiletries - wish the towels were larger though. Overall, the room was adequate for a solo traveler. My only complaint is that the elevator was out of order the whole time - I stayed for five nights and had to climb six floors each time (and lug bags). Hope they fix that! Definitely a place to consider.
