A gem in Zurich. The reception staff were friendly and helpful in every shift we encountered them. They helped us with every request we had. The rooms were spacious and clean, with little details being taken care of, like providing dishwasher capsules. We requested a crib for our booking and it was ready in our room when we arrived. We usually have to reach hotels and ask for it. The parking garage was convenient and costs 29 CHF. The parking spots size were very helpful because we had a long car and we needed parking that size. Note that you can park at the front for check-in (which is smooth and quick) and collect your room key to open the parking garage. The receptionist will give you directions to the garage. You have to take a right after the traffic light. The location was great. You have to walk about 5 minutes to reach Oerlikon Station. A quick train ride from there will get you straight to Zurich HB. I recommend buying a 24-hour ticket if you plan on taking transport a lot.

Service was excellent at Check-in. The room very clean and spacious. The whole hotel is very tastefully decorated. The ambience of the bar and lounging areas great. The fried eggs at breakfast tasty and the rest of the breakfast too. All allergies were taken into consideration. Will definitely recommend. Thank You Acasa Team 😃

Nice cozy hotel we been to in Switzerland. Its located near Oerlikon station, just minutes away. Nice amenities. Probably can do better with their customer service, we were not granted an extension of stay due to no vacancy but websitw showed otherwise.

We stayed here in the summer. It was a nice clean hotel. It's a 5 minute walk to the metro station and close to the airport. Staff at the hotel was very friendly. Only thing I didn't care for was not having a door on the shower. I wasn't able to take a single shower without getting water all over the bathroom floor. Even with that, I would still stay here again as finding clean hotel rooms are not as easy as it should be.
