Room small and if you have a large luggage, really don't know where to put or open it except on the bed. Bed cover old and detergent smell too strong if have sensitive nose. Shower is good, lots of power points to charge your devices and WiFi strong and very stable.

Avoid. Horrible experience. When I went in they say they are full and ask me to move to another hotel. Told me they offer better room but when I went to other hotel the room was not the same (without window). I told I can’t accept. They say pay and upgrade. I declined. They moved me back to original hotel booking and now they found me a room. Felt not genuine. Better pay more and book more reputable hotel.

The hotel looks old and shabby. Unfriendly staff. Did not reflect what was shown on photos. They probably photoshopped those pictures or enhanced it somehow. There were ants on the table as well as in the fridge. The bed looked dirty and stained. There were no tissue papers. When we asked for it, they said to go and buy it. No one to help with luggages. We booked an extra room for our group as we had 2 extra pple join us unexpectedly. They cancelled that room on the day of arrival saying they are fully booked. Initially I was furious but then when we arrived and saw the state of the hotel, I’m glad that extra room got cancelled as it was so not worth paying for. If you’re after a place to just rest your head and you don’t care about hygiene then book it. Otherwise you will dread your stay. Luckily we only had to endure 2 painful nights there.

Book This Hotel on Agoda Mobile App 3 months ago & get a confirmation from Agoda, While Date getting near to ours excited stay, suddenly this hotel management e-mail to saying that hotel is fully Booked & Room that we booked not available for Us and request Us to cancel the Booking. They mention about the technical problems on the System. What a F@@@ going on on this problem. It creating a problem for Us as customers. Everyone want to Stay this Hotel want to Warn You / thinks twice before Booking. 😡😡

[Warning!!! Money stolen by house keeper] On my second day of my stay, the house keeper stole my money in my suitcase amounting 3,000THB(100$) when I was outside. By checking the cctv, the house keeper was the only one coming in to my room but she did not admit stealing. The hotel staff and manager was not supportive at all and let me call police by myself even though I am a foreigner. Finally a translator helped us communicate at the police station but after all police did not do anything. Just found out in google review, another guest reported that money was stolen too 6 months ago. I hope this review helps everyone who is about to book this hotel. (Already reported Agoda but they can not do anything since I dont have evidence. How do I find evidence when no one is helping me?? Even the police aren't helping.) Had the worst hotel experience in my life.
