Do not make a reservation here if you are not absolutely sure you can check-in before 15:00. The owner of this "hotel" does not live in Florence and you will not be able to check in. We went through a lot of trouble to get into contact with the owner and were met with a very unfriendly, downright rude man called Lorenzo, who was not willing to be helpful in any way. Basically we were left out on the street and were informed that we had to find a different place to stay and that our booking for the ENTIRE WEEK was canceled. Thank you for a very stressful start of our vacation, Lorenzo. You don't deserve you call yourself a host, nor should you be working in the hospitality sector. Shame on you.
