On the positive side, the structure is located in a convenient position for travel as it is a 10-minute walk from Termini station. The host goes out of his way to be friendly and helpful. The price is certainly advantageous for those looking for savings at the expense of comfort. On the negative side, the structure is an apartment in an old building on the third floor. To create the bathrooms from the rooms they had to pass the pipes through the floor and this resulted in a series of steps in the corridor too. In fact, to exit the room you have to climb over a step right on the threshold. The bathroom is small and the shower with the broken door causes the floor to flood. Only one shower towel was present and we had to request a towel. The shared kitchen is actually where the host prepares breakfast. There is only one table for 4 people and inside the same room there is a space dedicated to check in. In times of Covid it is better not to enter even such a small environment. The bedroom doors are old and poorly made which facilitates the poor sound insulation. The 3-bed room is equipped with a single chair and a small desk where you are obliged to have breakfast. In short, with something more in terms of price it is possible to find much more comfortable solutions. I don't recommend.
