Went there for 3 nights, great room in a great place,near to metro station Vitorio Emanuele and reeeeaaaallllyyy close to the Colosseum, like 5 min walk. Great places to eat nearby and have fun sleeping in a good bed at Cristiano's rooms. Only problem I had was the lack of cleaning the room for 3 consecutive days. Nevertheless, a great stay at Clemy in Rome. Will definitely return.

The best hotel of my 3 weeks holiday in Europe. Christian is the best host, gave guidance and directions. Hotel is clean, quiet, and conducive to rest. An oasis in d metropolis indeed. Close to metro, shops and cafes and restos, drinking fountain just across d road. Will definitely book this again.

I was charged the full amount (180€) for a reservation I could not use. I informed the property I couldn’t travel FROM THE GATE AT THE AIRPORT as soon as our flight was cancelled due to a national airport strike in Italy. Every single flight to Italy that day was cancelled, and this obviously falls under extraordinary circumstances. The property still went ahead and charged me the full amount for four nights. Be careful when booking with these douchebags, they won’t waive feeds, COVID or national airport strikes notwithstanding. This is how they do business and they don’t care about their customers. I tried calling the four different phone numbers listed on booking.com to sort out this issue directly with the property and no one ever answered. Not even an answering machine. If I could leave half a star , I would, but google doesn’t give the option
