I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is exactly located in the middle of the Spanish Steps. The chosen room provided comfort and a delightful view of the Spanish Steps. The breakfast service was excellent, offering a variety of choices. The staff were exceptionally kind and polite. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience to everyone.

We stayed here and it was not a good experience. One star is not even close to what I would give it. Our bathroom did not have hot water. The room did not have a real door just a pocket door. They claim it is sound proof, but we could clearly hear the guests next door as well as outdoor noise. They have a terrace outside however, we were not allowed to seat there and enjoy a dessert. They do not have breakfast service. The a/c did not cool the room. The safe in the room did not work. One of the lights on table stand was clearly frayed. This place is overpriced and underwhelming. Random luggage was place in our foyer. Someone was charging a scooter in our foyer. They use the foyer for maid roll cart. They lock the doors at night and entering is very difficult as you have to wait for them to open the doors after you ring a bell. This may take up to 7 minutes before someone responds. I could go on and on, but our experience was a nightmare!

WHAT A TREAT! The staff, location and comfort of the Royal Suite were superb! Even the booking process was great, with quick, courteous and helpful replies to all our questions. We loved our stay and wish we had a few more days to enjoy it more! From the moment we arrived, there wasn't enough the staff could do to welcome us, even serving us spritzers at 2am on the terrazza, with the gorgeous view of the Steps lit-up at night. Our room was comfortable, with all the amenities we'd need, and, the cherry-on-top, with a balcony overlooking the Steps. We will definitely be back! Complimenti Royal Suite, e grazie infinite a tutti!
