The service is actually very nice. The staffs are very helpful and approachable. Kudos to them! I think the only con is that the room we're assigned to has a weak AC, thankfully, they have a fan to make it better. My boyfriend also loved the breakfast they prepared for him. 😁 Unfortunately, I couldn't try it since my flight was too early. Overall, I would still give it a 5.

Had a really nice time here. The rooms are clean, the facilities are nice, and the receptionist is very very kind. Great place to stay if you are flying in late or flying out early

I have traveled for 3 months and this was, by far, my worst experience. Here is why: 1. It is not even at the airport, I had to pay 100.000 just to get there. 2. I came there at midnight and had to leave after 1,5h because the air was so bad so I was totally sweaty and unit was heavy to breath. The other guest in the room felt the same so she also left. 3. I got no compensation for this at all, so this became expansive hours and a destroyed sleep rhythm. 4. The staff spoke no English at all, so the communication did not exist. I would not come back even if I got paid for it.

I cannot imagine better hostel on our very first day in Hanoi ⭐️ First of all, the communication was super good. We were offered a taxi to pick us up, which was very convenient, as we were landing around 10pm. The owner was waiting for us in front of the hostel to greet us. He gave us all information needed at this time and showed us the room to let us rest. The room was great, private with comfortable bed. In the morning we had a tasty breakfast. The owner is a super kind and helpful person 🙏🏻 Thank you so much! In addition to our stay, we also booked a Ha Long Bay boat trip and we had an amazing time!

This is a smart and clean property about three kilometres from the airport which is about as close as you can get. The room is small but adequate for an overnight stay and the WiFi is strong and free of charge. A taxi costs d70,000 and takes about five minutes. There is a nearby small restaurant where you can get basic and inexpensive meals and coffee. I would stay there again and I can recommend it to other travellers
