This is a reasonable quality hotel, close to the night market and a couple of blocks from the beach. I was confused by the location of the lobby, which was at the very back of the hotel, past the swimming area and restaurant. The swimming pool is mostly in the shade, which is good if you are trying to cool down and stay out of the sun. Breakfast is included, but for some reason the coffee is only 9:00-10:00?!

It is in the middle side of south Pattaya. Location is not easy traceable. Recipient service is very poor. The staff is not customer friendly. This hotel did not provide the toiletries essential to us like toothpaste or toothbrush. When we asked about this the reception told me to purchase from an outside shop. However the hotel has a neat and clean and calm atmosphere. 1900 feet from Jomtien beach Pattaya. Request them to keep some buffet menu for the Indian Subcontinent.

Always a great stay here. The prices have crept up but still very good value. The new kiddie climber by the pool is an eyesore and misplaced: squeezing in too much stuff in a small space. But hard to beat this hotel for convenience and value.

Clean and spacious rooms, rather comfortable beds. BUT, limited breakfast spread especially if you are vegetarian or vegan, there is NO option at all in the buffet...apart from fruits and some raw vegetables. Also, NO HOT WATER in the shower. Reception staff, especially the man, are neither friendly nor helpful. Location is not great because it's far from central Pattaya and all the main attractions (around 30mins drive from Walking street or Sanctuary of Truth or any of the markets). Also, the pool is quite small. Finally, there is a kettle in the room but no coffee or tea is provided, which is the first time I'm seeing this in a hotel.
