I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Akeah hotel in Madrid and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city and all it has to offer. The room was lovely and clean, with all the amenities me and my friend needed for a comfortable stay. The staff members were absolutely amazing, and we were particularly impressed with Vanessa. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and was always friendly and accommodating There is an amazing heated outdoor pool, unfortunately we couldn’t use it cause it was raining on that day, but it’s great! Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid. The combination of a great location, clean and comfortable rooms, and exceptional staff make it a top choice for accommodation in the city. I can't wait to return!

Excellent, no-frills business accommodations. I like the vibe. The breakfast was great - the Spanish omelet was a standout. Great background music as well! And Vanessa at front desk was always helpful. Only downside is, that they don't leave a bottle of water in your room every day.

The staff are excellent, very nice and helpful with whatever question or issue we had! We would like to especially mention Jose and Aysun, their customer-centered approach is amazing! For the level of service, I would rate it as a 4-star hotel for sure, not lower than that. As for other advantages, the hotel is very clean and modern, access to free water bottles is 24/7, welcome drinks at arrival, as well as when we were waiting for our rooms to be cleaned, is a very nice touch as well! The location is very central, next to several metro lines and bus stops, which makes moving around the city very convenient. The only thing that comes to mind that could be improved is breakfast options, there are not that many, especially if you are vegetarian or vegan.

Had the most enjoyable 3 night stay at the weekend at this great hotel. Staff, facilities, food, drink and value were all excellent from start to finish. Cleanliness and service was exceptional. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Madrid, near to everything. The jewel is the roof top pool. The only issue is with limited seats that some guest leave towels and then leave the area meaning there is limited availability at times. The only negative in what was the most enjoyable stay. We chose the upgrade to the superior room with Balcony which was a great choice. The rooms may be a little small but they are completely functional and very well fitted out. Special mention to Fernando in the bar who looked after us so well during our stay and the male at reception on our arrival and departure who was so attentive. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to visit Madrid.
