Well located in the city center, spacious room with kitchenette. Long stay with smiling staff. Special mention to the breakfast staff, who were always in a good mood. I'm just lamenting the "disappearance" of a pair of Levi's blue jeans. I was almost made to understand that it was impossible and that I was making up the truth.

Great hotel with a good location in Abu Dhabi. Unbeatable service and attention. Spacious, nice and clean room. Very good breakfast. Only two drawbacks: the pool was closed for maintenance and this fact had not been reported during the time of reservation. The only solution offered to us was to use the pool at another of the chain's hotels. And finally, we booked accommodation for 4 people, but the room was prepared for 2. An extra single bed was added and we used the sofa (which is not a sofa bed)

I stayed there for almost 20 days, the service was excellent - whenever I put 'do not disturb' sign on the door, soon after I got back, I received calls asking if I needed anything. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and well maintained. The price was very reasonable given the location and the level of service - I highly recommend.

It’s been amazing through and through. On top of the amazing and stylish facilities, especially the well equipped and spacious gym upstairs, the services are very accommodating and caring. From the reception team who are always polite, responsive, and nice to people, to the cleaning team that is meticulous and disciplined in making the room stays neat, clean and fresh everyday, to the bellboy team that is always helpful and dedicated to catering customers’ needs, to the gym and pool security attendants who are always ready and kind. I appreciate the thoughts and actions that the whole team have put towards the customers’ needs. Thank you all and please keep on improving the already excellent level of service.

Short stay but worth it, after walks in at different hotels in same area we chose to stay cause the employees amazing hospitality. We arrived after midnight so they help us to check in, carry out the luggage, bring the crib immediately and parking the car. The suite was very nice and tidy, wide enough to occupy 2 adults & 2 kids. Having a kitchen, sofa set, room & 1 bathroom.
