The staff had all the time in the world for their guests. They were extremely helpful with travel information. Our room was up a flight of stairs, facing the canal. It was basic, clean, updated bathroom, air conditioning worked well, exactly the value for the price. The ground floor is more updated. Breakfast is a variety of good food. Coffee and juices as well, in a charming canal view dining room. The location is just over a bridge from the busy tourist area. It was a lovely relief to cross back over away from the bustle in the evening and enjoy a more local-feel dinner, al fresco. This place is value for the money. If you need a 4 star hotel with 24 hour reception, this place is not for you. If however, you're okay with some independent living (like you do at home?), the value and friendly, accommodating staff is for you. Bonus info: on the other side of the canal out the back of the residence, there is an outdoor Aperol bar. The woman who runs that makes good, strong, drinks at a great price.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful and cozy hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful during our stay, the bedroom was very clean and I loved the blackout curtains, bathroom is small but functional, and last but not least, the dinning area has a very nice view to the canal. Overall I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent little place to stay, just out far enough do not as many people all the time, about 10 minutes walk from most things.

Nice hotel for couple, small - not many rooms, good for 3 stars. Cosy athmospheric rooms. The breakfast is ok, but it is a bit unusual to order it on a paper. The service desk is available from the morning till 20:00, it is ok when you checked in and you know enter code, however if you are going to arive later 20:00, consider to approach hotel reception in advance.
