Nice rooms situated in excellent location. We really enjoyed the stay. Location is very close to boating, malls, restaurants, taxis, buses, trains etc.. Highly recommended!

Staff was really nice and helpful, lady on front desk waited for our arrival even we didnt make it in check in hours (our flight was late). Place was nice and clean, rooms are located near bus staion, which is practical, if you dont mind to not having nice surroundings.

The location is really great to the people who will arrive with their cars/Bus/Train/Ship and don’t want to carry baggage for distances. It is just at the beginning of Venice. The room was clean and big enough. Negative points: The breakfast was only acceptable with very few options! But the room was clean and big. The PARKING!! It was written 25€/day. But it was 35€/day. And it is not really parking garage. It is a small space between two buildings with more than 20-30 cars. I don’t recommend any one to stop there. You can easily park with 32€/day in the nearby building.

Brilliant place, very clean, very comfortable bed, sure it doesn't have the canal views from the window but for those who drive to venice with their pets is amazing. Pet friendly, very friendly staff, car is right outside your window so you don't have to carry your bags around Venice. Very easy to get to San Marco and main attractions. Vaporetto is 3 mins walk, Sanarco 25 mins walk. Will definitely stay there again.
