Absolutely Brilliant service from Marian I was running late as I missed a train connection so would go past the check in time Marian was so kind to wait up for me witch I'm so grateful for. I also made a mistake after all of that and went to Alexander Hotel instead of Alexandra and Marian was so kind and understanding still. When I arrived he give me a very warm welcome dispite everything. Room was just right some people would probably say its on the small size but for a night or two it's great Room 1 then one I stayed in had a en suite shower will shower gel included. And tea and coffee makeing facilities. I would highly recommend Alexandra hotel to anyone there are some tough competition in Blackpool Alexandra should be up there with the good ones.

Lovely hotel but. Very disappointed with service. No cleans towel s. No bins taken out week I stayed. . Breakfast was just toast cornflakes

We stayed there last night first time stating here . The rooms are lovely clean and tidied great budget too. Just round corning from the main road to the beach and that. Would definitely recommend thank you

Our stay at Alexandra hotel has been beyond our expectations. The hotel is clean and has maintained covid requirements at all times. The bedroom we stayed in was a large double en suite. Spacious and airy. Full of light. Located within 1 minute walking distance to the sea beach. The hotel management has made us feel welcome. I would definitely be booking again at this family friendly hotel. Thank you for a pleasant and relaxing stay and your outstanding service.

Staff were very nice and polite, on arrival I had a few bags and a suitcase, I was greeted by a young and very polite gentleman who showed me to my room and carried my suitcase.Wow what else is there to say about the rooms apart from amazing, they were very clean and modern too, we were made to feel very welcome, we will be returning. A big thank you to the staff, we recommend highly.
