A 30 minute walk or 10 minute water bus ride from the train station, this B&B was perfect for our needs in Venice. It's nothing fancy, but the rooms were clean and spacious, showers were hot and A/C was cold. A very simple breakfast was served every morning which was a nice calm way to start each morning before heading out into the activity of the city. The grocery store nearby is fantastic for stocking up on snacks and the docks nearby provide a great view of the neighboring islands. Overall this was very worth it for the price, and I would happily return in the future.

Stayed here for four days while in Venice. The location is fantastic, only about a 10 minute walk from Palazzo Ducale. There's also lots of food nearby and a self-service laundromat that's about an 8 minute walk.

Clean little hotel with spacious rooms, facilities work fine. The staff is helpful and friendly. Do expect that staff is absent after 11h, and that you contact them to open the door of the allogi remotely upon arrival.

Great location with easy access from the boat dock. The owners were very friendly, as well as accommodating. The owner gave us easy to follow directions to St Marks Square, as well as other sights to see, and some great dining tips. The rooms were comfortable, and more than adequate, but we came to Venice to enjoy the city, not stay in our room. Would definitely stay here again.
